Dental Patient Information
What You Need to Know about Your Visit
Whether you’re coming to our Marysville dental office for your first appointment or you’ve been a patient with us for years, there is certain information you should know before you arrive. That way, we can make sure that our team can give you a smooth experience. We invite you to read the content below to learn more, but if you have questions about your upcoming appointment, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Your First Visit
In many cases, patients first come to our office for a checkup and cleaning appointment. If this is true for you, your hygienist will take X-rays and images of your teeth and remove hardened plaque from your teeth. Then, you’ll meet with your dentist, who will examine your oral cavity. If he finds something of concern, he’ll explain your treatment options and answer any questions you may have, and we’ll help you schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
Dental Insurance
At Darby Creek Dental, we work hard to ensure that our patients receive premium-tier dental care at prices that they can afford. We are in-network providers for several dental insurance programs, and we will happily file paperwork for other insurance programs on your behalf.
We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

At Darby Creek Dental, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent patients from keeping appointments. It happens to the best of us! To support our facility in providing quality and efficient patient care, we require and appreciate a business day’s notice for any appointment changes. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another patient who may be scheduled out several weeks or for emergency patients.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A FEE OF $25.00 FOR ANY BROKEN APPOINTMENT WHEN A BUSINESS DAY’S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN.
